French Tuition
- Maximum of 12 students per class
- Students will be tested on the first day (written and oral tests), and placed in classes according to the European Levels (A1 to C1).
- Our curriculum is based on the European Norm. We emphasize our teaching on communication and practice of the language using a variety of supports.
- Our second main goal is to introduce the French culture and have a link with the activity and excursions.
Class Schedule
- Classes are held Monday to Friday.
- Generally speaking morning classes (we reserve the right to have some classes in the afternoons depending on the levels or group-repartition).
- No classes on French bank holidays (non refundable, non redeemable).
General course
- 15 lessons of 45 min per week,
- 3 lessons each morning : 9.00 – 11.45
- Grammar, Reading/Writing, Oral comprehension/Speaking
Intensive course
- 20 lessons of 45 min per week
- 4 lessons each morning : 9.00 – 12.30
- Grammar, Reading/Writing, Oral comprehension/Speaking, Communication. The 4th additional lesson is extra practice in oral or written communication skills. We also like to focus on a specific theme each week, linked to the discovery of France and the French culture, (cinema, theatre, civilization, French gastronomy, fashion…).
Teachers:
- All teachers are native French speakers.
- They have a recognized qualification to teach French (teaching in schools or teaching FLE).
- They are trained to adapt to the teenagers offering fun, communicative and recreational classes yet of quality teaching, allowing the students to learn and improve their French skills in a different way from the usual highschool classes.
