*Academic year programme from January to June and from September to December, the summer break it is not included in the programme. We offer with an extra cost different possibilities:

  • Semesters:

January 9th 2010 – June 5th 2010
August 28th 2010 – January 29th 2011
January 8th 2011 – June 4th 2011

  • Trimesters / Other durations:

Anytime from September to April for 4, 6, 8 and 12 week programmes.

 

Visa procedures

  • EU Countries: no visa is required
  • Non EU Countries: Depending on the country of origin and the length of stay a visa may or may not be required, please check with the French Embassy in your native country to get the requested file and be advised about the visa process.
  • Students under the age of 18 should apply for a “Visa de Mineur Scolarisé”.
  • Generally speaking the visa application should be submitted along with all requested additional documents between 2 months and 3 weeks (depending on the country of origin) prior to the anticipated arrival date.
  • Once the full payment has been received, Education en France will provide the agent/student with the following documents to submit with the visa application (Original documents sent by courier with an extra cost):
    • The confirmation of enrolment and acceptance on the Education en France Academic Year Programme
    • The Education en France “Engagement de Prise en Charge”
    • The accommodation / host family confirmation
    • The copy of the host family ID and other requested documents in regards to the host family
    • The school acceptance letter
    • The proof of insurance (when requested by the student)
